
From the egg lab we discovered that when an egg is submerged in a hypotonic solution such as water, the egg will swell in size or gain mass. This is opposite for a Hypertonic solution where the egg is placed in corn syrup the egg shrank in size or loss mass.
The data we collected had a p value of .006 and an r value of .97 which are incredibly accurate results. In the future the concentrations should be less varied to show more accurate results. They should also be measured more exactly.
